Current humans appear somewhere around in Africa 200 thousand years ago. On the other hands, Adam was the first human who noticed their are naked. Roughly speaking, Adam was born less than 10 thousand years ago in Mesopotamia.
That means humans only notice their nakedness and its cultural meaning in their much longer history.
Humans will noticed there's no cultural meaning in their nakedness soon.
